Language Access Plan Review 2026
Senate Bill 318 (SB318), signed into law during the 2021 Nevada Legislative Session, requires all state agencies to create a Language Access Plan (LAP) to improve access to government services, programs, and information for Nevadans with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
The Nevada Veterinary Board has posted the revised LAP for 2026. If you wish to make comment on changes or would like to submit an idea for improvements, please email vetbdinfo@vetboard.nv.gov.
The comment period will close July 30, 2026.
